Unfortunately the key pick up and return system is poor and very inconvenient. Information to access the car park was incorrect and frustrating. I was charged an extra fee without explanation or notice. The entry door of 207 has dropped a little so you need to lift it up the lock it, not a big problem but management should fix it. Once we were finally able to find our way in, we found the apartment to have everything you need for a pleasant stay. As we did for 3 days.

The apartment was modern and had everything you could need. The pool was fantastic, although it was closed for unexplained maintenance for 11 days which was half of my stay. This was disappointing as it was one of the reasons why I chose to stay here. It was frustrating that no one from the Edgewater team notified me of this closure and no one could tell me when it would reopen, despite numerous phone calls. The property has wifi even though previous reviews and property listings do not mention this feature. Fantastic location on the water and five minutes from Westfield. The apartment receives thorough housekeeping every seven days, although I needed to request this initially. Overall a great stay.

Edgewater 207 Apartment
The actual apartment was good, but no-one serviced it in the two nights I was there and the key collection system was very inconvenient, being several kms away from the property. This was not made evident until after I had booked the property. Additionally, the door does not automatically lock and it is unclear as to whether it is locked or not from the outside, when one is inside the apartment. A simple sign on the door indicating which way the latch needs to turn would suffice.
