One night stay was fine, main disappointment was dinner at Azzuro restaurant. The main restaurant was fully booked. Sadly, despite the food being quite good there seemed to be issues with the wait staff/servers and they forgot my meal and I had to eat after my family had finished- no apology. We were then shown the dessert menu but unfortunately no one came back to take our order. So we left. Really disappointing when you are paying so much.

General cleaness needs to be greatly improved especially outside guest rooms. Morning staffs in Jamison resturant needs to be more curteous especially in question patrons in the restaurant.
