The stunning architecture of the building especially the domed atrium area which was exquisite inside. The Duty Manager on our first night was excellent in addressing an external mechanical noise issue affecting our room and promptly relocating us to an upgraded room. The breakfast buffet was extensive, delicious and economical. The bar had a nice ambience with a good wine selection at reasonable prices.

Disappointed with our stay!! Our room wasn’t serviced during our entire stay!! (21/22 March) After coming home from a night at the Theatre Friday night - we ordered some food from the all-night menu (11.00pm - 06.00am availability) our order was placed at 11.00pm - received a phone call at 11.45pm advising us there wasn’t any food available and neither were there any staff on duty to assist us!! Nothing to eat in our Mini Bar - so we had to settle for a cup of tea!! Will think twice about staying again.
