Awesome place . Good value for money and staff super fireindly . Couldn’t use the balcony however as the handle was broken with screws hanging out . Also couldn’t use garbage chute as it wasn’t working and I didn’t feel comfortable taking rubbish to the underground car park at 5 am in the dark. I don’t think we should have to do that. Would still stay there again

We had an issue with our room was very dirty and the block out blinds were incorrectly installed, leaking a lot of light into the bedroom. Was changed to a new room for the 2nd night. 2nd night was good. Only issue we had was the spa was not heated.

Great location and friendly service. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. They had just painted the floor we were on and it was a bit smelly, wet musky smell. The elevators only had 2 of 3 working which meant delays getting the lift.

Currently at the property there a construction next door, So no place to park to check-in. Also there are 2 towers so very confusing when you park and go up the wrong lift. Had a call the day before, but no mention of this :(
