Really run down room. Broken blinds couldn’t keep sun out. What you guys are charging a night needs a major revamp for that price. The island needs some TLC. Should of stayed at Fitzroy island.

Marine life was wonderful. Marine land and Melanesia were good. Amazing to see crocs up soo close. Room was excellent, food was very good. Bigger or changing menu would have been nice. Very expensive place to visit but also a very nice place.

Service is done by backpackers - lazy! Food is below average and Uber expensive. This resort is way over priced - they seriously need to lift their game.

Expensive, but the rooms are wonderful, very new clean and well appointed. Great pool and bar and easy to book snorkle, fins etc. Staff amazing and helpful. We loved the experience and being pampered by the wonderful staff. The Chef is top class, some of the best food you will enjoy.

Poor quality bedding

Staff were lovely. Beds and pillows poor quality. Too many day tourist. No seperation of beach facilities for residents and day trippers. Area designated for snorkling near beach, coral damaged and area too crowded with day trippers. Definitely would not recommend, spend your money on an island further away.

Location: Absolutely beautiful
I couldn't fault our experience of Green Island , from checkin to checkout, prompt professional service, comfort, great nights sleep, and a restaurant menu to die for, well done!

Great Spot any age group

Pros: Everything you need
Cons: They do a great job
Location: So much to do at Green Island and go out on the reef if you want to. Only 40 minutes to Cairns to head off to see heaps of other wonderful things.
Fabulous place to enjoy nature and relax. Plenty to do or do nothing and just relax.

Boring and expensive

Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Lower your costs - accommodation was a complete rip off. For the price you pay you could at least supply complimentary bottled water daily.
Location: Nothing much to do. When we arrived we were told that a few water sports that were advertised were no longer available.
Completely overpriced for what you get Everything had a hidden cost - food & services Water sports can only be enjoyed for approx 1 hour per day

Pros: The room is so beautiful and the view is perfect
Cons: I did not have an chance to know that the hotel can be registered in Cairns and there is the arrangement for the ship to the island.
