The property is tired and poorly furnished. There was no table or desk to sit at to use a computer or eat meals. There is no daily room service. We had to relocate after I complained about having to step over a bath to have a shower (high risk for older people and inadequate safety rails etc.) There is a shortage of towel rails, drawers in the wardrobe etc. Not recommended. We were allocated the second "B" room of a double suite, is this because we booked through Wotif?

The staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to amenities, the marina which makes it easy to access the cruises etc. we had a room overlooking the ocean which was beautiful!! Highly recommend this property

Staff were very friendly and understanding when i needed to change room due to them having a strong damp moldy smell. I actually felt embarrassed for the staff as i feel this a common complaint about the rooms here.

The ‘welcome’ of the duty manager left something to be desired - no smile, an overload of information re locating room and parking and officious. Other staff subsequently were pleasant and helpful. The need to (unsuccessfully) register each of a married couple to receive breakfast vouchers was bureaucratic and inflexible.

Stayed in tower1 - was in need of maintenance and air conditioners were noisy and struggled. Room had no ‘soul’ poor communication with staff- asked to be called when room was ready and never got a call. Request for late checkout was accepted but not passed on to morning staff

Mantra is excellent location, the property itself presents as resort style. Room was clean however condition was somewhat average paint on walls terribly marked also curtain in bedroom badly stained these little fixes would rate the Mantra more highly.
