Only issue with our stay was the lack of communication about where our key was as we had an after hours check in but the staff were super helpful when we called them. The bed was very hard but the shower pressure was great, nice spacious room with amazing views so overall the good outweighed the minor bad parts.

Had a 6-night stay. Informed at check-in that air-conditioner was faulty and would not be serviced until 5th day of stay. In room internet did not work. Was informed by reception to log-in to an adjoining room's wifi which provided a weak service at best. Internet still not fixed at time of departure.
