I paid extra for an ocean view room. When they took us to the room it did not have an ocean view, the view was of trees, the room smelled of mold and sewer. They did switch our room eventually. The restaurant food were not good at all, food at the buffet was generic but ok.

The things we liked about this property were; friendly staff, beautiful properly, activities and the overall decor and layout of room. What we didn't enjoy; even though an all-inclusive they did not provide any alcohol in the rooms without an additional cost, bars closed down at 11pm even on weekends, dinner buffet needs better quality and more options. Pool seating was hard to come by unless you paid for bottle service.
