place is great. service is top. non stop at your beck and call practically. super respectful. rooms need updating but all in all fabulous.

Family resort, clean for the most part but some facilities like the swimming pool tiles are a little worn out and outdated. Food was so-so. But it’s all inclusive so it’s worth the money if you bring the family

The staff is incredible, manny, tino, frediriquo, Antonio and Angelo! Overall the entertainment team is amazing! The food is awful but the staff makes up for it. My son had an awesome 7th birthday and out of US experience

Overall the dream sands was an amazing resort. We had an amazing ocean view suit that had a great view of the shows by the pool and of the beaches. There were plenty of on site food options El patio had amazing selection us the buffets. We had a little trouble when we had booked an excursion and somehow the wrong driver called our name and we ended up missing the transportation for our proper event. They were able to schedule us for a different excursion which was fun but I was a little disappointed we didn’t get to see the cenotes.
