Staff did not smile, very short with us when we arrived. Bed was missing a leg at one end (this was corrected). Toilet was running, we had to turn off the tap next to the toilet over night (reported, not resolved). Room was clean and quiet once tap was turned off.

We chose this hotel because of the location but we were also impressed by the helpful staff and the coffee room with the reading matter freely available. We will stay again next time we visit Melbourne.

The apartment was great. No issues with accommodation. The car park was difficult to get in and out of, especially with a bigger car. Times of carpark access weren't explained properly at check in so it took us a day to find the interior door.

Had a great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful.I needed to check in just after 0700 so booked to stay the night before. My room was ready when I got to the hotel with no issues and was so quiet I could get a couple hours daytime sleep. It’s an older property which is the only reason I rated it 4 for property condition. Excellent location for transport and getting groceries as needed. Id definitely stay again.
