New to Melbourne? This is pretty much the centre to the key areas of the city of where you need to go. April 2024 there is construction happening which starts at 6am-3pm, so midday nap kinda not happening but overall you won’t regret staying here on a budget

It was old, shabby, urgently in need of renovation. Horrible graffiti on the front door. Unfriendly reception. Hardly there. Carpet in the room needed a good clean. 1/10.

The lifts were being used as carting garbage. This had leaked out of bags. In the morning vomit was in lift

The room was dirty,the bathroom had tiles missing in the shower area and there was mould and black mould on the door. The sheets and towels were clean. I didnt use the bathroom. I showered somewhere else.
