The room was affordable, lovely, plenty of room and comfy beds however, our room was right next to the store room and the door to the store room was opened and shut from 4:30am onwards! Oops, will ask to stay in a room a long way from the elevator and store!

Staff working on receiption are great but facilities are horrible. We stay 4 nights never get service done. Also bins towels and cups are not clean. I don’t recommend anyone. Good location but hygiene is very poor. Very filthy hotel.

No answer to concierge. No answer to reception. No answer to hotel operator. No cleaning done. Had to ask fir clean towels snd they were dumped on bed and dirty linen not taken away. Was not told ghat the dining was closed for private event so i would need to look elsewhere for dinner on Saturday night. Was offered a six pack if beer for all the trouble. Told them no thanks i want my room cleared. Well do sorry but sll cleaning staff gone home.
