Great location and close to Southern Cross Station. Reasonably clean room and good facilities. Accessibility is an issue as there are areas that are stairs only which is difficult with luggage (or disability) Price was good

We had a corner king premier room, nice trees outside but onto Collins St so quite noisy early in the morning but that is standard for inner city accommodation. Room was spacious and bathroom was great. Location is perfect, tram stop outside and Southern Cross station diagonally opposite. Check in staff were great and very helpful plus held our bags for our check out day. Would stay again.
