Excellent location for exploring Christchurch on foot; beside river, botanic gardens, art cinema, Riverside Market, Art Gallery. Easy access to airport bus and bus to University. Thanks very much.

Definitely our new "go to" in Christchurch. Great location next to Botanical Gardens, within walking distance of Oxford terrace with lots of great restaurants and close to Arts Center. Very friendly staff, super efficient check in and apartment was very clean and perfect for a family of 4.

I liked the convenience of a central location with easy walking distance access to cafes, Hagley Park, library and the city centre.I liked the bathrooms and the kitchen. What I didn't like: The room door and the toilet/bathroom door squeaked everytime I opened and closed them... some oil would help. Also because of the spring closing system on the room doors they make loud bangs when they close, which must be disturbing to those trying to sleep. Also the vending machine didn’t deliver a drink that I paid for (it got caught in the machine and dropped down the inside without being delivered). So I paid twice for just one drink and wasn’t refunded my $3.50 nor was there any easy way to get a refund for 'undelivered goods'.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, with some of the best staff too. The location couldn’t be better too, directly opposite the botanical gardens with great views from level 4 where I stayed.
