I forgot some clothes when I checked-out so I contacted the hotel via email to tell them I’ll be coming back to collect them in a couple of days. My email was ignored and when I came to the hotel in person 2 days later, the staff threw them away. Aside from this everything was ok, but the hotel needs to be renovated and the staff need training. There are much better hotel for the same price in the area.
