Spacious, close to the cty & all we needed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had a great time, plenty of room. Close to the city and places we wanted to visit.

close to the city & easy to access the main roads.

Pros: Shopping and eating close by
Cons: The hotel had everything we required for a stay.
Location: CBD close
Clean tidy secure apartment with everything there for a stay e.g. washing machine, dryer cooking and eating utensils. Good area within walking distance, park, lake etc.

City Gardens

Pros: The location and the security
Cons: An owner self confessed issue with changeover of linens. Towels were a bit smelly and damp smell in the bedroom due to hanging wet laundry.
This unit was in a very convenient location. Easy walk to CAT buses, little shopping area and park. Some basic maintenance could be carried out. It was very dark and 3 lights need changing. The oven didn't work, (or we couldn't work out how to use it) an air conditioner remote didn't work, even after we changed the batteries, so we had no control over it which was very important as my husband had had major surgery and was feeling the cold. Some of the crockery needs to been thrown as it is cracked. The kitchen was very well equipped with a full size fridge and lots of utensils. The beds were very comfortable. We felt very safe and secure in this unit.
