We booked to stay over the Easter weekend and we left after four hours. The rooms are so run down. Holes in artwork. None of the cupboards would close including bar fridge. The bathrooms were disappointing. The water was green so we had someone come out to rectify. The room smelt so on the second bathroom check they sprayed the room. We subsequently lost hot water so we decided to leave. The staff on reception were amazing. Cancelled our weekend stay and refunded us completely. I've never felt more dissatisfied with accommodation in Australia. I've personally never come across this. Highly disappointing the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Black mould found on the outside balcony. Management need to refurbish as they are charging like a wounded bull for accommodation which is worse then you'd expect for backpackers however at a premium price. Over 1700 for two rooms for two nights!

View from the room wasn't what I expected for Deluxe Oceanfront. Disappointed that couldn't sit out on balcony as no balcony furniture, also very small balcony. Poor lighting in room and difficult to rehulate a/c.
