Excellent location to get to and from NADI International Airport. Only $20 Taxi total to book their own shuttle it costs $15pp.. Min $30. Their WIFI is not inc or nc, nor is their shuttle transfer NZ. We also stayed beside at Ramada Suites similar cost but Smugglers is way tired and needs a desperate upgrade. The 'beach' isn't really swim-able and be mindful of sea lice at times of the year.. Always Fresh Water rinse off.. Its OK as a Back packer, but One night would do.. head out to an island like Beachcomber for a far better experience. It was over priced... but that's Fiji all over in late 2023..

Very close to Nadi airport. Amazing room with a stunning view. Lots of dining available within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. On the beach. Travel desk where you can book any adventure you can think of. Great sunset deck great for watching the sunset sipping on a cocktail. Good dining on the premises. No hot showers 😔

Room air conditioner barely kept cool for such a small room. Meal tasted of soy sauce only. Not bad for the money & convenience for an early flight.

It wasn’t what we were expecting. The rooms were much smaller than in the photos. I couldn’t believe ours were classed Deluxe Premium! Everything was somewhat run down. Staff were friendly and helpful though. Basically, overpriced for what we got. Glad we were only there for 2 nights and spent most of our time out during the day.

Excellent value for money with great dining options. Guests can walk into other hotel restaurants and venues nearby increasing dining and entertainment options. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Lana, the lady at reception is very professional, helpful and friendly. This is an excellent spot for a sleepover if you have our door activities booked for the day, and don't need to spend money on a 5 star resort. The place is clean, and very well facilitated. And asjesent to 3 more resorts, with guests encouraged to visit all entertainment and dining venues. A cheap economical rental would be cheaper then tacos if one wants to drive into the city for dinner etc.

great location on the beach and nearby town. paring is hit and miss but yo can park on street just be careful as i got a fine for parking on yellow line. Hotel helped me a lot with my covd pcr test but please enusre you chase them up for it as you may get charged emergency fee. they helped me with fee though. Also - rooms were not cleaned daily i was there for 3 nights.
