Great hotel and one of the best on the island. We did a walk around a few other denauar hotels and most dont come close to quality. Good atmosphere with minimal screaming kids. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room kept in decent condition. Close to the beach. Adults only pool which is super relaxing. The food from the Kovo restaurant was rubbish and small but all other restaurants were amazing, no need to leave the hotel for food. Free wifi. Lots of other pools around hotel. Convience store on site & express mini vehicle to take you around hotel if you dont want to walk. Not many shopping stores on site compared to other hotels. My only gripe is the free watersports were always packed away unlike other hotels where you can access them easily then the day we tried to use them they said no because of low tide. Would still certainly return!

Lovely Relaxing Resort

Pros: It's well designed ...
Location: Location is great and it's handy to the port only a short stroll ..
The Hilton is not the biggest resort but it is very relaxing with good facilities and it's an added bonus having over 18 years area which is a little quieter when reading etc. Most rooms appear to have sea views which is fantastic. The food was lovely at all restaurants and the service very friendly and helpful! We'll be going back for sure ....

Beautiful from head to toe

We splurged for this trip to Fiji and I'm glad we did. Spent a week in Fiji here at the resort. Service was fantastic. We did breakfast every morning by the beach with that island breeze (free breakfast!), good variety of food at breakfast, some changes in the menu from day to day. We tried breakfast at both Nuku and Koro - find that if you take the time to catch the bus to the Koro, there's less people there so staff will pour you a glass of OJ when you sit down which we didn't get at Nuku. Also with less people you get more choices of where to sit, like poolside which is nice. Koro has some deck chairs IN the pool water, so you can soak and read at the same time. They have regular activities at the pool, changes with the day, but it's all printed up on a sign. If you are interested in a Kava ceremony, they do that at the hotel on certain days. The things that could be better... the Hilton restaurants work out to be quite expensive if the food is not a free breakfast... live entertainment at the Koro at dinner which is nice, but blew out our food budget. A 1.5L bottle of water at the convenience store in the Hilton was $15FJD... retails for $3FJD outside... but this is to be expected I guess. The highlight of the trip to the Hilton was when we were walking down the beach to the Koro (you can bus it but it's a nice walk as well) - we met some staff members & one of them went out of their way to cut down a coconut for us to drink from, fresh from the tree. So thanks guys!

Great hotel room and location

Pros: Adults only area great.
Cons: Food & alcohol prices are expensive
Location: Bula bus is good. Mini golf, 18 hole golf, water park, marina, lots of excursions available, water sports or just sit, relax & enjoy
Great hotel room and location, loved the free standing bath. Always serviced with a smile. Balcony with BBQ overseeing the sea.

I thought value for money was very disappointing.... the entire hotel in my view is looking a bit tired and needs a bit of a revamp. The buffet breakfast is very average. We requested a pick up from our room in at 5.45am to be taken to reception and a taxi ordered to collect us at 5.50am to be taken to the airport.... upon checking our booking with reception later that night when we were walking past it was discovered that our request had not been recorded so the request was made for a second time. Then on the actual morning we waited 10 mins to find there was no pick up, we had to ring reception to get someone to pick us up and then when at reception to check out there was no taxi either!!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

2 night stay with 2 couples (1 in 50's & 1 in 20's). Service on reception, restaurants second to none. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bathroom with DEEP bath, rain shower (with room for a football team) & 2 basins - wonderful. Own pool with ocean view- delightful.

Location was great

Pros- Happy with our stay at the hilton. Most of the staff went above and beyond during our stay. Location was perfect for what we needed, convience of the bulla bus was great. The resort was clean and great to have adults only area Cons- Room cleaning happened late in the afternoon and some days not at all. Payed extra for a ocean view and had obstruction of a Thai restaurant Expensive for some meals (which was expected) The massage spa is a waste of money. Got a 1 hour deep tissue and wasn't very good and paid way to much for it. Overall was great but would probably try another resort next time.

Superb hotel, great place to relax and unwind

Pros: Location. Established gardens with plenty of shade trees.
Cons: Provision of refillable water bottles and filtered filling stations to reduce huge number of plastic bottles issued daily in resorts and thrown away.
Location: Walking distance to marina and shops and also other quality hotels. Easy trip from airport, day or night.
Excellent location and the room we had was a fully equiped apartment which was appreciated. Beach isn't really ideal for swimming, but plenty of swimming pools including new adults only pool (set well away from the main pool area) which is superb. Excellent 'Bula bus' transport within hotel and also one to port ($8 unlimited stops) where there are more restaurants and stores. Staff are happy, friendly and helpful at the hotel and there are a good selection of dining options, but if you want DIY, request an apartment, the deli and store have provisions or bring from home, especially if you have dietary requirements (e.g. Gluten free etc).
