Terrible service

We had 4 rooms booked & the bathrooms were disgusting. Not cleaned properly. One of the rooms had uncleaned red wine spills on wall plus a wall with a whole ( seemed like someone had punched into it). We requested a change in room & were immediately told to vacate 1 of the rooms & didn't get into another one until 5.30pm in the evening (close to New Years dinner time. Our towels taken the next morning & not replaced until 5.30pm I.e.after 6 phone calls to housekeeping. Pool towels not available when required...told gone for wash & dry each time. Pools didn't seem to be cleaned properly as well. Everyone from the 4 rooms returned sick...high temps, diarrhoea, vommitting. Doctor reckons it was the food hygene there. We will never return to Warwick again.

Beautiful location with lots of activity

The hotel is a perfect design, facing the beach with the pool between. The setting is breath taking. The snorkelling is good. The coral is dying but there are still lots of colourful fish to be seen. We also kayaked and did stand up paddle boarding. Gym was well equipped and we made use of the game centre too, playing pool, air hockey, darts, basket ball and tennis. Food was expensive but pretty good. They didn’t warn us about sea urchins or that you should wear water shoes. They didnt change the linen on one of our beds before we arrived and it was truely feral. They don’t tell you you shouldn’t drink the tap water but you definitely itelt shouldn’t. Nevertheless it was a gorgeous and relaxing holiday and would be happy to go again.

Mould in the bathrooms

arriving early 7am so I arranged with hotel for early check (10am ) we didn't get our room until 1pm (check in is 2pm) then we didn't get room I had paid for months in advance 2 double beds we got 1queen and a single...they offered to change room but not until next day...they didn't follow up the next day we decided to stay anyway to much hassel...bathrooms especially showers where all mouldy...tv only had 16 channels which they boast 30...ice machine was broken on our floor...no water provided, phone didn't work all the time. very expensive holiday. This hotel needs an overhaul On the upside the Japanese restaurant there is worth a visit for the food, it was delicious

Location 10, Rooms 2 Terrible smell & old, Food 5

Pros: Beautiful location close to sea, Fijian feel to resort ,daily activities great.
Cons: Rooms are disappointing, old & overpowering musty smell, need updating. Food - breakfast very good, size of lobsters served need to be legal size
Location: Best advice take lots of photos of rental car ,wash car before return, Rosie's tried to claim for existing chip . Wooden tamarind no bora holes
1st timers family wedding group of 20, wedding at Intercontinental spectacular, family stayed at Yatule, Warwick & Intercontinental. If I could get combination of quality of food & rooms of Intercontinental, tropical location & more intimate Fijian feel of Warwick. Staff at both resorts were wonderful, in hind sight I would rather of paid extra $300 to stay at Intercontinental, food great, prices on par with Warwick, can't compare rooms. Hire a car for flexibility. Take lots of photos on pickup, Rosie's , very crafty trying to claim little chip near front wheel, not marked on paperwork but had photo proof. Wash car before return , behind Mobil near Airport. Hussled at Sigatoka , watch for any bora like holes in wood, Aussie customs tough on return, claim tax refund at Nadi Airport, allow time. Hand written invoices with no tax not valid from locals if spending large amounts. Wicked Walu after reading rave reviews & massive lobster fan , expecting to be served pack horse lobster/ at least legal size, greatest disappointment 4/8 of our group ordered Lobster, served 3 - 5 halves smallest lobsters ever seen in my life tail not much bigger than king prawn????? would be illegal in Aussie or NZ, location 20/10 food 3/10 side of mushrooms came after everyone had eaten main. Bride & Groom foodies dined at Navo, everything faultless . Garages cheaper drinks snacks icecream

Great boutique feeling hotel in Fiji

Pros: The adults only pool/section. The Japanese and Seafood restaurant.
Cons: Providing some bottled water each day in the room would be good as you don't have a choice and can only order expensive bottles from the bar
The Warwick was a really good hotel away from the noise. The resort is kind of split in 2 - one side is Adults only and the other more family friendly. We even stayed on a floor that was only adults only which was great as it was very peaceful. The staff were wonderful - they all have beautiful personas. The Japanese restaurant and seafood restaurant were the stand outs - didn't enjoy the Italian so much. Buffet breakfast included a wide selection of foods. Make sure you bring your own bottled water to the hotel though as it's around $5 a bottle!

Week stay

Pros: The location
Cons: The food
Location: There is really nothing that is nearby - everything is a bus/taxi ride away but in some ways that is quite nice.
The hotel overall was in a lovely location. The staff were friendly. The food was average and I felt that since most of the people staying there were from either Australia, New Zealand or from overseas countries that the breakfast could include more breakfast type food rather than rice and vegetables. Also definitely more fresh fruit, not tinned. There is an abundance of fruit in Sigatoko but it didn't seem to find it to the hotel! Also found the seafood to be very disappointing. The rooms I felt were overpriced (even when we got a discount) and the drinks and meals were very expensive.
