Great hotel across the road from the airport

We stayed for one night after arriving on an evening flight. It was a great stopover before we headed up to the Coral Coast the next day. We enjoyed our stay with a spacious and clean room. Very happy! Vinaka!

Great Airport Stopover

Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice pool area. Unfortunately we were on the main road side of the hotel and it was noisy both car and planes. I believe the rooms located at the rear of the hotel would have been very satisfactory

Pleasant Hotel close to Airport

Pros: Great place to refresh yourself
Cons: Getting a bit dated, bathroom upgrade would be good
Location: Location close to airport.
We have been to Fiji many times and this was the first time been to Tokatoka, We are a Family of four and the room was excellent for what we needed clean and cool with air conditioning. The breakfast was also lovely ,basic but sufficient. The children enjoyed the pool. As we arrived on Diwali the noise of fireworks went into the night but that is all part of holidays. Thanks to the friendly staff and the driver that collected from the airport. They were all wonderful. Recommend as a good place to stay.

Nice hotel & pool - even better staff :)

We stayed 2 nights with our recently turned 3 year old..and she absolutely loved it! She really enjoyed the pool, play area as well as walking around the grounds. The staff are absolutely beautiful and always there to help! Easy check in/check out process too. Again, as much as the place itself is nice, its the local staff that really made the start of our first trip to Fiji such a great experience. Continental breaky was decent too :) Vinaka!

Nice rooms close to the airport

We were quite surprised by the hotel. We booked it for the close proximity to the airport (across the road), free airport transfers and cheap rates. The family room was spacious and very clean. The pool was nice, and the food quite good. Staff were helpful. The only downer was that there were some rather loud guests making lots of noise at the pool, and again at 5am in the morning after a night of partying. However, staff security did talk to them to get them to quieten down.

Disappointing

Staff are friendly and well meaning but service and food is terrible. Rooms are worn. Noisy local children did not help one to feel relaxed.

So close to being good....

There was no hot water or bin in my room and when I told the staff about it, they didn't apologize or offer to sort it out. At dinner we waited almost 30 mins, constantly waving at the wait staff just to get a menu. Great in all other aspects but let down by poor service and no hot water!
