Booking this property was easy so that was good but upon arrival it was very very busy and the check-in process took almost 40 minutes because of the valet and parking and the fact that valet was the only half to park in the front counter person was only one person so we had to wait quite long. And there were no cards we had to ask for a card they provided us one we finally parked the car with ballet and went into a room. Our room had a big crack in the ceiling and the oven didn't work and there was a bug in our room. It was not the quietest because of the room next to us kept playing really really loud music so that was a little challenging to get peaceful relaxation. The balcony furniture was completely torn apart and definitely needed to be replaced. The TV was not working we had to call maintenance but they were not available at the time we checked in so we had to wait the next day to watch some TV. So we weren't able to make dinner how we would like. Upon checking out we asked to use the same cart and the front lady had the most horrible attitude and she said that we needed our ID I didn't have the ID I did have my wristband from the room she said she couldn't help me and she got very nasty with me and stormed out and asked one of the guys at valet to help me and he grabbed the card for me and I told him I didn't need his help I just need the cart and he stated I didn't need an ID and I just grabbed the card and went upstairs and we checked out. The weather wasn't the best the hot tub wasn't working. Definitely not worth the money we didn't have the best experience here.
