From the first employee to the last, we encountered nothing but friendly people! Our room was clean, the breakfast was great, the view was beautiful (we picked the partical ocean view), the walk to the ocean was short, every staff was kind, etc. I cannot say enough about how great our stay was. I would recommend and definitely stay again!

Location is the only reason to stay here. Right in the middle of Destin it’s so easy to get around. The Back Porch restaurant and public beach access within a 2-minute walk. The downside is that it’s very outdated. Carpets in room and hall are old and it shows. Doors and walls beat up. Hot water takes forever. Electric outlets are slow to charge devices. Staff not overly friendly but efficient.

Friendly staff throughout the stay. Our room was very nice and clean, although the couch cushions were stacked on the ottoman, the minifridge wasn't cold enough for food storage, and we didn't have any towels or towelettes (an easy fix). Breakfast was nice, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.
