Parking was well organised with 2 sections of the property. There were tennis equipment conveniently available to play on the court.

This place is what it is, a motel in Frankston … I suspect it is slightly better than Seaford Motel , although that is conjecture as I have not stayed there. it felt like a grimy place with a coat of paint, carpets somewhat sticky. the bedding was clean though, the shower was good, adjust your expectations and this place delivers what it says it will deliver - a clean bed in modest surroundings.

Stopped overnight, as i was solo travelling in the area. Very happy when the young male made a recommendation, and was able to get an immediate appointment, and that recommendation was warranted. Staff were very obliging and friendly and room was quiet spacious and comfortable. Had issues with the TV, but finally got it going. Was a little concerned about all the rules about washing your "dishes" and putting rubbish in outside bin otherwise that will be charged on your credit card.
