Cleaning is terrible staff was irresponsible did not told us while sign in that have to leave by 10 o clock in morning . We checkin at 2 so just think not even 24 hours of stay to use . It’s a loot to people . . We are with three kids staff abuse is on ph by calling at 11:45 to cone and empty the room . With us unaware to l ave by 10 . Even on checkin day we came early from Brisbane with kids but we have to on roads to pass time to be in check in . Very in human .at 24 hours must be allowed to stay . Will not coming back and will tell friends not to use this service .sad experience for kids when parents are abused by staff .😞

Beds were terrible. Car parking was shocking.Not even a toaster in the room. We will definately not be back.

The staff were very friendly. We had a problem with the air conditioning so they moved us to another room. The food at the hotel was wonderful. Great stay. Some things need abit of repair and the freezer in both the rooms we were in needed defrosting.

It was like turning back the hands of time about 30 years. Which is fine. Tradies park wherever they like, including in front of our unit and we had to park quite a distance away at the front of the complex.
