At approximately 1:30am the fire alarm was set off and we had to evacuate the building. No apologies were given by staff for the disturbance and our sleep was interrupted. We had to stand out on the street at 1:30am for around 10 minutes. Once we were all allowed back in there was no explanation for the disruption and no apology.

This property is excellent value for money. It is easy to access, has very close public transport and fantastic shopping and dining options directly opposite the location. The staff a wonderful and treat all guests with dignity and respect and a very helpful with information relating to the area and public transport. A wonderful stay and the rooms are in immaculate condition. Have stayed here on many occasions and will definitely stay here again.
