We like this hotel because it’s Halal Certified. We were very disappointed by the services rendered to us on our arrival day by the Front Desk Staff. He was very unprofessional & lack customer service ettique when allocating us to our Junior Suite Room (window). But other staff that we met was very professional & pleasant.

It was near the Market u can get great souvenir and tailored shirts there. Even have reasonably price tour operators near the hotels . We went to the tunnels and the shopping areas with great bargains

Nice hotel and recommended for a short stay
The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The room was small but clean. The bed was huge. The hotel was walking distance to the famous Ben Than market and plenty of halal food across the hotel. Overall I would recommend to my friends.
