Very filthy, dirty and run condition hotel!
We liked nothing about this hotel. The room was filthy, dirty, & was in run down condition. The room smell bad like water leak. The bed-sheets & covers were dirty. We didn't bother sleeping on it. We had to use our own towel we brought with us to lay over the pillow case. We just wore a long sleeve and sweat pant so we will be warm and not have to use the bed-covers to the blanket. Around 11pm nish we saw the hotel workers sleeping on the floor of the hotel lobby and for a minute there we thought some homeless people came into hotel. Very unprofessional and me us feel weird having to walk around the people and make sure not to make any noise.

Room size
We book a Deluxe room @ Rainbow Hotel, HCMC and it turns out to be a room just enough for 1 double and 1 single size bed with no sufficient space for manoeuvre (moving about). Breakfast indicated on online booking was buffet breakfast but becomes ala carte daily menu serving either bee hoon (white noodle) soup with meat or egg with french loaf. Only provides bath towel without face towel, no handsoap, no free drinking water. TV shown on room photo was displayed on top cabinet but becomes mounted on the ceiling. Completely disappointed.

다시는 가고싶지도, 추천하기도 싫은 호텔(숙박장소)임 지금까지의 해외 여행중 경험했던 호텔중 최악의 서비스, 시설........ 욕조는 깨진곳을 수리했는데 너무 지저분하고, 종업원들의 응대 또한 무성의 와 불친절.. 복도의 발자욱 소리와 옆방의 전등 켜는소리까지...

堤岸區內的老舊酒店
客房內有點霉臭味道，應該是太舊了。忘記帶電話充電器，向前台服務員借用，他們都很樂意，值得一讚。
