Such a beautiful and friendly hotel in Hoi An. I loved my stay there, nothing was too much trouble, very clean and well presented. Reception was very friendly and helpful Buffet breakfast was tasty with a large variety. Its a great place to stay in Hoi An.

I could not more highly recommend Rivertown! Location is perfect for strolling into old town and exploring. The back pool is relaxing and beautiful and large. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. Occasionally a little hard to get service by the pool but an easy stroll into the bar isn’t too much hassle. Room service and pool side menu were great and the brekky buffet has everything you could want. They have a designated smoking area so no smoking around the pool. As a smoker it was a little annoying at first but makes perfect sense and I smoked less so that’s a win. The staff were attentive and lovely and I couldn’t rate them higher. Helpful in every way and always had a smile. Hoi An itself is beautiful by day, full of place to explore and history. By night it’s all bustling streets lights and wonder.

fantastic experience

The hotel is nicely positioned near town with river views . Staff were brilliant , the hotel well appointed & spotless . couldn't fault anything about our stay , would be our first choice to stay at when we go back to hoi an .

Lovely stay at Hoi An Rivertown. Staff went out of there way to look after us. Easy walk to town. Great pool. Enjoyed the bike tour.

Nice hotel & great location

Pros: Location, green tea panacotta at breakfast, quiet, iced Vietnamese coffee! Free hotel transfer to the hidden beach
Cons: Having towel racks on the balcony to dry togs so possible to still enjoy the outdoor furniture. The temperature of the pool (adult) was too warm
Location: Easy walk to ancient town, cafes & markets
Staff were all really friendly, location was close enough to walk to everything & felt safe walking back at night. Hotel run bike ride was great! Great experience from prearranged airport pick up to drop off.
