No where to leave key at check out No receipt on my stay

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your your feedback. My apology if no one was there. The key is usually left at the reception or if someone is leaving before 6.00 am the security would be taking the key. I will note to ensure we have a better system in place

The check in experience was very long and confusing. The staff were constantly taking calls on their phone and not communicating with us. We had to ask several times to be let into our room. We also tried to arrange a trip to the mudpools and a taxi transfer to the airport which also took a long time for them to organise. In the end we went to the Smugglers Cove Beach Resort so they could organise those trips for us, much better customer service there. Also the taxi to airport they quoted much cheaper for $15. Wailoaloa were offering for $30. The room was fine for an overnight stay, although we didn't have an aircon remote, which was promised to us, and froze in the middle of the night at 16°. 10min walk to beach and other resorts and restaurants, otherwise you need a taxi to travel to the center.

Paid over $160 for 2 rooms. my sick sister was given a dumpy musty room way down the back. with a bendy door one could easily kick in. Yet we paid less and got a better room. We had to complain to have her moved to the front area near us. We were quizzed at breakfast, if we were entitled to eat there. We left behind 3 clothing items and have not been contacted about them, so assume someone is now enjoying them. In addition the price is too high for the quality of accomodation, and I emailed the business 3 times asking for an airport pick up, as it is offered, but no response came, so we had to pay for a taxi., so unimpressed! Carolyn Pritchard. This is my second visit here, the first was more hospitable!!!
