The place looks tired and old. It was not value for money we paid. Especially we paid less at other locations and had better facilities. Only positive was location to central Queenstown.

I was in room 806 and it got incredibly hot in the afternoon / evening with no air conditioning. I wont be staying there again especially in summer

The staff are very helpful room a chalet had a few large scratches needing attention on the walls warm cosy room.
