The hotel is old and tired and has not been updated since the 1980's. There is an extreme lack of power plugs available in the rooms. In todays age everything we own needs to be charged and the rooms have very few plugs, you had to unplug things like the TV to be able to charge your devices. The final straw was our room was not serviced at all and when I went to reception to ask if this could be done the guy at reception was extremely rude. The room was very expensive and we got nothing for our money. We might as well have stayed in a backpackers.

We were given a warm welcome after a long drive at the reception. The room was very spacious and comfortably located at walkable distance from all the tourist spots of Queenstown.

Anything is okay, accept hard to find parking durning on new year days, not sure other times if same of difficult to find parking. Finding a parking is a nightmare, especially in day time, the town is crazy busy.

We had a good experience. I just want to suggest that they should have variety in their menu. We had the same food every day. It was good on the first day but I do not like to have the same food every day.
