Older hotel from the old Soviet days

The Hotel Kiev is well positioned in a quieter part of the city near the palace and government house. It is about an 8 minute walk from Arsenalna Metro station which is very handy as there are not many different place around to eat at but it is very quick to just subway it into town. The pub is a bit on the lack lustre side but value for money I thought it was adequate for my needs and would recommend it to my friends.
