We stayed in July 2016 and have now returned in June 2018 and the resort has been renovated with new accommodation. It was never in disrepair, just upgraded their bungalows. We had booked a terrace bungalow but this was at the back of the resort and steps. We didn't realize this and the wonderful staff were able to upgrade us to a superior bungalow much closer to pool and restaurant for an extra cost (not much). Very nice individual bungalow, perhaps 12 months old. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from. Swimming pool great, plenty of sun lounges around pool and on the beach. About 10-15mins walk to Fishermans wharf along beach or road We will return for sure, excellant resort

Reminded me abit of an eco resort because the rooms have an earthy style. Great restaurant and bar with long happy hours by the pool. Didn’t swim at the beach as the water was merky and abit uninviting but so close to fisherman’s village which was a great place to go for a meal and a few drinks. Overall we were stoked with resort and location and we had a fantastic time there, will definitely go back!

Nice resort, on the beach
Lovely, modest and peaceful resort on the beach.
We had a great stay at this resort.
The room was lovely, recently renovated, clean and spacious.
All the staff were very friendly and made every effort to make our stay great.
The location is great, on a very calm beach, with great views across to Koh Phangan. Located in Bophut, it avoids the business of Cheweng, whilst it is still only a short 20 minute drive from the very busy night hot spots.
The resort is a very short and enjoyable walk to Fisherman village, which has some great shopping, incredible restaurants, and nice day spas.
The food was delicious, and they can even organise a lovely beach dinner on the sand, which is amazing.
The pool is great and overlooking the beach.
We had a lovely stay and would recommend, especially for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely hotel on the beach
Great stay, fabulous, caring staff, excellent cocktails.
Fisherman's Village is a short 5ish minute walk away, and easy access to everywhere.
There are cheaper food and drink options outside the resort, which we tended to have, however I do recommend their buffet nights - delicious food and so much of it!

Perhaps the staff were having an off day
Pros:The bed was extremely comfortable
Cons:The shower clogged up and took its own slow time to drain.
The lady at the front desk in a Chinese dress was a terrible person.
The bed was great... best sleep I had in Samui. The lady at the front desk in a Chinese gown was quite unhelpful and pushy. She tried to sell me an expensive taxi ride when I wanted to hire a scooty. They had two spare scootys (they thought I did not understand) but still was quite pushy to sell me the taxi ride. Highly unlike any of the Thai people I have met!

Resort on the beach.
Staff were helpfull & friendly, grounds were well maintained, room was cleaned every day.
Restaurants & shops were all close by within about a 5 min. walk. All kinds of transport was readily available.
Basically it was a nice & relaxing place to stay .

Absolutely worth the few extra pennies for the beach front: own deck with loungers, beach 6 feet away. Magic.
Step outside to unwind on the white sand beach. Lie back and work on your tan with relaxing beach amenities like umbrellas and sun loungers. Pamper yourself with a treatment at the full-service spa and enjoy amenities at Peace Resort Samui like an outdoor pool and a children's pool.
