An absolutely amazing place! Firstly, Pacific Harbour is a good 2.5 hour drive from Nadi however once you've arrived, you quickly forget about the long drive as you embrace the amazing views, friendly smiles, and that "welcome home" feeling that Fiji Palms offers. The units are large and comfortable, and perfectly accommodate families of 4 with ease. The pool area is terrific, the bar & restaurant is a great place to enjoy any meal of the day (especially Tonga's cocktails during happy hour), and, most importantly, the staff are first-class! They made our stay super enjoyable and deserve 5 stars across the board. I could go on but to keep it short - if you're planning a holiday in Fiji with the family, this is one resort that should be top of your list. Bula!

Need cleanup of bathrooms and toilets. Kitchen drawers are not closing properly. Too pricey to stay in that kind of accommodation. But the location and staff were so best.

We stayed here for five nights. The flat was clean and well appointed. The dishwasher wasn’t working, but it was our choice not to ask for maintenance to come over. They provide dehumidifiers on request, which are a big help, as the environment is quite humid. They can also provide dongles for Wi-Fi for FJD$30, but they don’t have many available, so we couldn’t get one while we were there. The bar area is very nice and the staff very knowledgeable on dietary restrictions. I had no problem with gluten free food, including during the Lova dinner. They provided the meats separately and the sides were almost all gluten free at the Lova dinner. This latter was accompanied by an excellent show of traditional music and dance. Every morning they also deliver a little newsletter with notices and activities for the week (tours that you can book), and on the day of the Lova dinner they listed all the people that were attending. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The swimming pool looks very nice, although we didn’t try it and there are also two hot tubs/jacuzzis next to it. The beach is probably nice, although we were there on a windy drizzly day, so it wasn’t at its best. It is a very long beach and great for walking. Would definitively recommend staying at the Ultiqa Fiji Palms Beach Resort.

The Staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable and the kids loved the beach, pool and spa as well as the eight ball and table tennis table.

This would be the last time I think I’ll be going to the ultiqa , my experience last time was so much better , the food got very expensive, grounds and apartments not maintained like they use to be and this time I stayed with 2 friends and their 2 young kids and we got a small villa with one bathroom where as last time I stayed with one person and we had an ensuite too. We were disappointed
