Very warm and good size room. Staff was very nice and helpful, food was amazing including vegan meals for my daughter. Every day transport back to the lodge from the snow given for free, including transfers to and out of the lodge. Would be nice to have a small TV in the room and a proper bar in the lodge. Covid safe place, Happy to go back one day, thanks Graham and the staff, very nice stay.

Great place to stay

Pros: Close to the ski lifts
Cons: Beds could be softer
Location: Easy access to the lifts and very peaceful and great views of the mountains
Second stay in a month. Lovely place to stay and staff are great and the food is lovely.

As we find that one of the highlights for guests staying on snow with us is skiing down to the slopes in the morning, we have chosen not to include a downhill transfer in our tariff. Oversnow taxi's are available for about $6 per adult should transport be required. We were sorry to hear you thought our Lodge Manager Kai was unhelpful. He has been with us for over 10 years and is renowned for his exceptional service and immaculate running of the lodge.

Pros: Located high on the hill with a great view over Perisher!!
Cons: Skiing from the door to the snow fields when you haven't had your first lesson!
