excellent rooftop pool. all staff are fantastic and happy to help out. kuta itself isn’t my pick, hotel a little dated with some cheaper repairs showing but all in all it’s a great place

We enjoyed our stay at Kuta Heritage. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a balcony view to the beach. The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach and central to Kuta shops, cafes, bars, markets, etc. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was good. There was a huge selection for the breakfast buffet each morning and a highlight was a dinner at the restaurant with great view of the spectacular sunset. The one downside was the noise each night from bands playing in/near the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient just in front of the beach and very close to beach walk mall , there is a lot of the restaurants near by. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was beautiful and lounge area comfortable. 2 restaurants available without leaving the premises and we utilized the spa on more than one occasion. Great place!

My Flight was cancelled. i understand a cancellation fee, and happy to pay for the one night. Keeping the entire Booking is outrageous. Wont be using Wotif or Accor ever again. Disgusted.
