Why would you stay in busy Wanaka when you can be in this paradise? We had a cottage which was just brilliant. Took some coffee & sat for a while just admiring the view from edge of park over the lake - wow! Girls at the desk were very helpful. Wish I could have stayed a lot longer - was at the top of all the places I stayed in NZ.

Negatives: Ablution block was too far away, especially in the dark of night. The tent was advertised with lakeview, which it did not have. Receptionist not friendly. Positives: Heater in tent, electric blankets on bed, inside of tent clean and tidy.
