Only spent the night and did not get to use facilities but the suite was very spacious and morning views were breath taking.

I did not like the two different prices we were faced with. Woif $450 for 2 nights and price given Expedia ???? $498 we very unhappy presented Wotif and order no. to stafff and they kept referring bac k to expedia being the subsidery of wotif. I ordered this booking thru expedia initaially and cancelled because we decided on 2 nights instead of 1 night and found WotIf gave the better price ??? We left feeling disheartened and confused. Oreti Lodge staff offered the Wot if iprice and credited my account but unfortunately this did not happen. Lady there was not computer savvy and although receipt went thru as disccounted it did not come off my account! Please make this right I am very unhappy

Sorry to read this. Your booking with Wotif for $450 for 2 nights got cancelled on 12. May 2019 (information from Expedia). Your stay got a different new booking number - Itinerary #- and a price of $486.00. We still refunded you for the difference on Sunday. Please check your credit card again.
