The gentleman at reception was exceptional and helpful. The floor in the unit was very grubby. It was somewhat unusual to have your clean towels left in a plastic bag on a hook outside the unit.

We were late arriving as my car had broken down and the Manager had tried contacting me but didn’t have my mobile through wotif… so on arriving the reception was closed. It was 8.40pm. I phoned the reception number and she kindly explained they had tried but knew I’d be coming and left my room open with the key inside. I just needed my rooms number. No issue. Totally thoughtful and kind in sorting out my room even though I was late checking in. Was pleasant and understanding on the phone and sympathetic. A lovely experience.
