When I arrived I got a text at 9:11pm to call if I was arriving past 10. 9:17 before I could get off my plane I received a text that I didn’t read. 9:30-11pm I called and called the motel, no answer. I arrived at 11:45 pm they were closed. No key code left for the after hours, nothing. I called the after hours manager phone number and was told: find somewhere else to go, we are closed, you will find something easily just as you did this, if you get in trouble call 911, this is just a job for me. I was sitting outside their door with my 13 year old daughter middle of the night. New years weekend. I was turned away, no apologies, cold uncaring, absolutely the worst experience. My daughter was scared and I was scrambling. This was awful. Manager never called, complained the next morning, nothing. Told to call hotels.com regarding my 5 day reservation. Manager never called me.
