We stayed in these apartments on two separate nights and both times the apartment was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and offer decent cooking facilities and a washing machine in each bathroom. It's also close to the airport. However, as the name suggests, the rooms are geared more to Indo-Fijians or others of Asian heritage, and are also mostly used as longer term stays. We found the bed was unusually firm for Western preferences. Management initially seemed unprepared for our booking, which appears to go through Expedia, but their response was much better on our second visit. They also organised a reasonably priced and reliable driver for us.

All the people that work at this place are wonderful. They go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome for the duration of your stay. This is the perfect place for travelers who want to have a real taste of Fijian culture and Fijian people.

convenient location, great staff, nice rooms

Location: walking distance to local supermarket, restaurant and shops
We are a family of five who booked a two-bed room apartment via whatif. When we arrived at the hotel, there seemed to be a problem of disconnection for booking information between whatif and the hotel. The owner Mr Freddy gave us a big welcome and fixed the problem without any hesitation. The room we were finally arranged into was newly renovated with nice furniture and facility. Rooms were clean but the only disadvantage we experienced are the noise at night which could be from toilets- flushing from level above . Apart from that, we had three comfortable nights and we wish to give a thumb-up to Mr Freddy for his professional manner in problem-solving and high level of customer service standard. Recommend this apartment to people who would like to stay in Nadi.

Close to airport.

We had an early flight so we booked this for overnight stay. We did not get any sleep. I know it's no fault of the hotel but the dogs barked all night. We disappointed

Absolutely misrepresented

Pros: Absolutely nothing at all other than the cleaner who was very kind and friendly but not very good at her job.
Cons: Many many things. A bulldozer might be the best option.
Location: This is in the poor area in Nadi. Lots of things to do but not in the immediate vicinity other than the Nadi markets.
Terrible. Many facilities advertised not available. No pool, no BBQ, no garden ( just a wasteland ) no views of the Nadi hinterland as promised rather a terrible area of Nadi with rubbish everywhere and wild dogs fighting all night. "Free parking" limited to 2 spaces, and then the staff or family of the owners park you in meaning you miss departures of booked trips. The room was not clean when we arrived, the sheets were dirty. There was very little in the way of kitchen utensils - one very blunt knife, no peeler, no grater, nothing useful. There were only 2 towels provided for a 4 person room. There were no dish washing utensils nor any detergent, and the dishes and cooking utensils which were provided were dirty. The fridge/freezer was unable to freeze food. The TV did not work. The airconditioning is limited to one bedroom only, the lounge/kitchen and other bedroom are sweltering. The place is built like a jail house with huge, heavy bars over all windows. The area the building in is not safe to venture out into at night ( so many locals assured me ). The building has no business center as advertised, and the management appear unavailable to discuss anything once you have checked in and discovered how poor the place it. The washing machine leaked so badly we could not use it. The reviews on this site must have been at another location as they are nothing like what we experienced. We felt unsafe and had to leave to alternate accommodation ASAP
