We welcome you to this place full of tranquility, in the heart of the Loire Valley, in a village 10 minutes from Amboise.
House of 19th century vine growers, just renovated, on three levels, with private terrace and garden. It is in the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire and the wine area.
Rental for 1 to 4 people (+ baby, equipment available).

Housing

This house of 60 m² is composed on the ground floor of a living room with a lounge - dining room, its wood stove and sofa.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, washing machine). Separate toilets are also on the ground floor.
Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed, valet and wardrobe for your personal belongings. Next to it is the bathroom, with shower cabin, heated towel rail, sanitizer, sink with storage and hairdryer available.
On the second floor you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds, CD USB radio storage shelves, relaxation chair and toy box.
A courtyard is at your disposal, with table, chairs, umbrella, deckchairs (nap guaranteed!), aromatic herbs, raspberries in season. You can easily store your bikes or motorbikes.
In the troglodyte cellar, you will find a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided).

The house is ideal for a stay in couple or family.
For babies, there is an umbrella bed, a high chair and a changing mat. There is no safety gate for the stairs.

The house does not have internet connection, no WI-FI.
