Just exceptional
Our stay at the Dilly was just perfection. From entering the hotel, the welcome and customer service was excellent. The staff engaged in pleasant conversation and made us feel comfortable. Our room was spacious, clean and inviting. Thank you to customer relations who went the extra mile to make the stay even more special for my partners birthday by adding rose petals, balloons and a bottle of fizz for us. We can’t thank you enough for an unforgettable stay
