I booked a second room right in there lobby. The front desk girl would not help. They had plenty of vacancies. Then the put my second room on the other side of the building. The bathroom stunk of smoke. Had to change rooms, they made it seem like it was my problem. Horrible customer service.

Bad: The room smelled of cleaning products when I arrived and it was hard to air out because the window doesn't open. There were tiny flecks of poop splattered on the wall near the toilet. The bathroom was moldy and damp. The bathroom tile grout was stained and dirty - the caulking was moldy and needed replacing. I could hear everything being said in the adjacent room. Good: The room was tidy and organized when I arrived. Staff was kind. It was generally quiet around the building. The TV, lamps, vending machines, air conditioning, etc. all worked. Overall: I would look for other options before I booked here again.
