A Secure and Nicely Appointed Guest House
This guest house is exactly as described and suited our needs very well. We recommend it without hesitation. We're not very computer savvy and had difficulty connecting to WiFi. Cedric explained how to navigate VRBO's app and says he will create a hard copy of his contact information and the WiFi log-in and password to leave in the unit for future guests.

Great Location and Property
Great location and fairly close to a variety of stores. With being in an unfamiliar area, I especially appreciated that the guest house was located in a safe and secure part of the property. Highly recommended.

Nice place
My main concern and why I stay in rental houses instead of hotels is because of severe insomnia and that was palliated by the quiet of the host's servant's house. There was an issue with my leaving a space heater there and though I texted him as soon as I realized it, 6am the next morning, and he was very cooperative, his subsequent guest was unavailable and it was either leave the thing there and be out $100 or go in and get it without either of the host's nor the guest's permission. Cedrick was upset about this I know and I'm sorry for my carelessness and all but it was aggravated by my insomnia and lack of mobility in that very hard to get around LA Freeway town!

The layout of the property is deceiving looking at posted picture on Vrbo. There's not enough room to move around in the living room. The TV location is in the bedroom which is very uncomfortable if you care to watch a show. The vanity mirror is in the way when you try to wash your face. The place is only good if you want to spend the night but not to hang out. Coffee maker quit working the next day and was never replaced for the rest of our stay after I notified the owner. Who ever wants to stay on this place please make sure you are aware of the time that you can't park on both side of the street. I got a ticket for parking on the day & time of street cleaning. The owners' dogs were friendly but you have to watch out where you step as they love to poop in front of the door.

Quiet and Clean
Quiet and lovely neighborhood and accommodations were as advertised. The only negative was maneuvering the gate to get to the back ADU with no lights and no lights at the front door so I had to use my phone flashlight. Dogs are charming and very friendly.

Great stay at a hideaway
Me and my partner had a great stay the last couple days! The place was great, we enjoyed the cleanliness and the access to washer/dryer, full kitchen, and the smart thermostat made it so the temperature was perfect. The hair was quick to respond to any concerns and even let me know about parking rules, saving us from a ticket! Bottom line great place stay here!
