Thank you for your feedback, anonymous. I am just disappointed you didn't speak to me directly regarding your pillows. We would have replaced them on the spot. As for the carpark height, the rail is 1.95 high exactly. The difference is the angle of the driveway and depends on the length of your wheelbase. Our car is 1.9 and gets under fine. There are 56 units here and only 14 owner occupied, although I have no idea what difference this makes or why you think we should advertise that. The price is always higher at Christmas peak - even a studio motel is $250 a night, so please consider all the fabulous facilities you had access to as well the fact that we would have been happy to accommodate your requests had you asked. It's too late to help you now, although based on your description of the room, I will get the pillows changed tomorrow.
