I think you would struggle to find a more basic hotel than this. I realise the front desk assistant was trying to be helpful, but she told us on check in we had paid too much for the room. She was right, and that didn’t even take into account what we found when we got to the room. I’m not sure how we ended up with an accessible room, but it was horrid. Cell-like in its blandness, with a bathroom with no shower curtain or cubicle and the water flooded right across the floor to the basin. Extremely unsafe, I can’t comprehend how it could possibly be safe for someone who actually needed an accessible room. Two thin, coarse bath towels, two thin face washers, one other towel which was either a hand towel or a bath mat (can’t have both?). So disappointing, we usually stay at the Pullman and will be returning there from now on when we need an airport hotel.

Staff did not appear to be properly trained. Front door locked at 11.30pm on arrival from our flight from Perth. Took credit card away to another room to photograph, which is contrary to credit card rules. TV did not work as a battery had been removed from remote control. Told bus shuttle was free, but driver demanded $10.00 each at airport as we did not have voucher. Not a pleasant stay.

Very short, easy walk to and from Sydney Domestic Terminal. McDonalds Restaurant, KFC and Krispy Kreme stores next door. Short, easy walk to Mascot Train Station. Very quiet when considering proximity to airport. Would happily stay there again.
