Our room was directly over the nightclub next door. We felt like we were sleeping in the middle of the dance floor, it was that loud. Absolutely no exaggeration! The staff gave us earplugs but even they could not drown out the noise. The noise continued until 3:30am. Also, I booked for 4 people and 2 were given a pull out sofa bed with a very thin mattress. We paid peak pricing due to it being a busy weekend in Melbourne and it was such a waste of money as none of us could sleep.
