This is a pretty ordinary place. Very dated. Our room (10) was very dirty. Grime/grease on the curtain draw cords and kitchen cupboard handles. One white wall has plenty of dirt/use markings all over it. Considering the price, I expected a lot better.

Excellent communication. Apartments have all the usual amenities although I didn't utilise most, Tv in bedroom and also main area. Large size fridge. Parking off street, could be a tad tight if all were used, which they weren't when I stayed. Best part was the comfortable bed.

Convenient location and comfortable accommodation nestled between North Essendon and Moonee Ponds. Tram out front. Our stay was interim overnight accommodation during house move. Essendon Apartment staff have completed COVID-19 cleaning compliance requirements. Unit was disinfected prior to occupany. Unit also had disinfectant and gloves to clean as required during stay.
